I really did it! We left our kids with Grandma Thomas and Aunt Ty and we went off to Cancun. It was such a blast and had such a fun time.

When we were in the pool, there was a pool-side bar (we obviously do not drink) so Ryan was trying to order some kind of virgin fruit drink. He asked for a strawberry-coconut drink. The waiter did not understand what Ryan was trying to order (little bit of a language issue there) and so he carved out a coconut and put a strawberry flavored drink in it. Ha, ha, ha, it was yummy and makes for a good story and picture.

Loved these huge leaves! They were everywhere and so pretty!
We went on underground caves with rivers and zip lines. They were a blast! Had to leave the camera behind because the zip lines went into water. We were wet the whole day.
Yeah, this picture looks like Ryan had just gotten out of the water, but no, that humidity made him sweat all day. Between the water and sweating, he was wet all day. Ha, ha!!

We had a great time and much needed. It was so beautiful and fun. We missed our little guys so much and were so excited to come home to them.
