Summer Tubing

We have been able to go boating a lot this summer (thanks Matt!) and my boys sure do love it. Carsen tries to climbs off the boat and into the water the minute he sees the tube and Parker talks about all the time. We have had so much fun in the water this summer!

Strawberry Fun

It has been so fun having a garden this year and it just so happens that one of my boys' favorite fruits is strawberries. Parker says to me daily, Hey mom, lets so see if there is any red strawberries." We were so excited when we found the first ones the other day.

Then we saved up enough strawberries to make a red, white, and blue treat.

Look, What's been happening?

Yes, we are still here. Life has been busy and crazy and something has been wrong with my computer and internet but here's just a few of the things going on in our little life.Grandma Thomas called us one afternoon and said the circus was in town so we got in the car and went to the circus. It was so fun. The boys loved it and we even got to ride an elephant! Thanks Grandma for the fun time!

Carsen or as we sometimes refer to him as "The Monster" was in full force that day. Good thing he is such a cute "Monster."

And the big news...Parker just learned today how to ride his bike without training wheels! He picked it up so fast that he was able to go on his first bike ride around the block with Ryan. He could not stop smiling, it was the cutest thing. We are so proud of him. Its one of those moments that makes you sad to see your child grow up and yet so so so happy to see them achieve.

Welcome

Welcome to our home. We have been here for 6 weeks already...where the time goes. We are so excited to be back in Cache Valley. I didn't realize just how much I love it here until I was gone for a while. We feel so blessed the way things worked out for us. We are enjoying our new ward, new friends, and the 10 minute drive to Ryan's work.

Birthday Fun

I can't believe I am a mother to a 3-year-old. Parker turned 3 on the 7th of February. It was a fun day. He was so excited. We went to daddy's classroom so his students could sing happy birthday to Parker, went to McDonalds with Dad and opened some presents, and played ALL afternoon there, and had Parker's favorite dinner and cake and ice cream with Uncle Tren.

~Asks daily, "Do you wanna go to my game?"
~Does not like baked potatoes.
~Likes to watch movies.
~Has his father's sense of humor.
~Night owl.
~Calls his blanket "boeing"
~Wears basketball shorts EVERYWHERE except to church.

This little (big) guy turned 1 on the 17th of February. Grandma and Grandpa Reynolds and Grandma Debbie and Uncle Tren came for the celebration. Carsen loved opening his presents with Parker's help of course. He was careful and interested in eating his cake at first and then once he was finished with it starting having fun and throwing it everywhere.

Eating vs. Sleeping

This time sleep won! Sometimes Carsen doesn't take very good naps and then at dinner time he is so tired. It cracks me up every time.
